Chandigarh / Nawanshahar. Five new positive cases of coronavirus have been reported in the state, out of which three have been found in Hoshiarpur, one in Jalandhar and one in Mohali. Three new cases have been found from village Moranwali in Hoshiarpur. A case was found in Jalandhar's village Virakan while one case is from Mohali. The trio of Hoshiarpur and a case of Jalandhar are also linked to the 70-year-old corona infected patient chain of Pathalawa village of Nawanshahar. This has raised the government's concern. After a joint meeting on Friday, the government has declared the districts of Jalandhar, Kapurthala, Nawanshahar, Hoshiarpur and Mohali very sensitive, to prevent infection, the government will conduct a door-to-door survey in the state, which will first start from Doaba.
Health Minister Balbir Singh Sidhu said, 5 new positive cases have come up on Friday, so now the government has decided to conduct the survey. The total positive cases are 38. A new case positive has also come up in Chandigarh. On the third day there were reports of short supply and black marketing between curfews on the third day. The government has started a control room for vehicles carrying fruits, vegetables, milk, dairy products. It has also decided to close all 23 toll plazas in Punjab till the lockdown.

Two teams of 2 experts made for the study ... Health Department has formed two teams after the 38 positive cases reported so far in Punjab. Which will include experts related to the disease. Both these teams will do a solid study of all the cases to know the reasons for the increase in infection and suggest remedies. Family history of the victims admitted to various hospitals will be made, in which they will have full details. A list of victims' families along with their relatives spread across the state will also be made. 
High security zone will be made in the hospitals where positive cases are found,
the hospitals where patients with coronavirus are kept, they will be made high security zone so that people will stop coming there and people can avoid infection. With this, the department has decided that the officer of one district will not go to another district so that they too can avoid infection. 
So far, 90,000 NRIs have arrived in Punjab to find the missing NRI , but out of these 30,000 have been quarantined, the rest are out of the reach of the Health Department. Neither those people have done a complete checkup, nor has the health department been able to quarantine them. Now the government has formed a team of officers and employees of the police, local body, health and rural and urban development, who will gather the information of these people so that they can be quarantined in any case.

DGP Dinkar Gupta said 17 thousand calls at 112 helplines in 24 hours, 17 thousand calls came in 112 hours at 112 police helplines. These included 406 curfew violations, 531 supplies of essential commodities, 65 medicines, 102 corona case reports and 10 medical aid.
